Generation Theory And Motivation Of Staff
Generation Y
Representatives of the so-called " Generations Y " or " Mllelliniala " , who started working after 2000, are confident in the labour market. They impasse the HR Department for their purposes, motives and way of life, but in the next 20 years, especially in view of the demographic pit expected by Russia.
They will have to be considered, and the deeper the employers will understand, the more efficient the use of the Greek talents for business.
Theory of generations emerged in 1991 and is based on the fact that the psychology of generations creates the environment and events in which they have grown and the values transmitted to children by parents. In relation to values, there is a rule that parents shall give children a reading of values that have not been found in the life of their parents.
Today, three generations of the twentieth century are represented in the labour market:
Babi Bumers
- Ration: 1943-63
- Age: 49-69 years;
- Special assumptions: optimism, idealism, team orientation and personal growth;
- Influence factors: Soviet " Stepel " , the formation of the USSR super-Power, the suppression of space and the cold war;
- Transferred to children: seeking personal achievements.
Generation X
- Driving: 1963-83
- Age: 29-49 years;
- Special assumptions: individualism, pragmatism, hope for itself;
- Impact factors: restructuring, war in Afghanistan, cold war;
- Transferred children: seeking freedom and impression.
Generation Y
- Ration: 1983-2003
- Age: up to 29 years;
- Special assumptions: freedom, fun, the desire to impress, the shortness of life;
- Impact factors: disintegration of the USSR, theracts, development of high technologies;
- They tell the kids, it's hard to say what's specific.
