The article deals with the concept of motivation, its form, theory, the role of the enterprise 's production cycle. Different management styles, linkages of engagement, motivation and delegation, which reinforce the internal motivation of staff, reduce the cost of products and increase productivity through the exclusion of non-productive losses, including performance control, thus increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of the company as a whole.
