External Motivation Of Staff
The problem of stimulating labour is one of the key provisions of economic theory and is very relevant in the present time. The encouragement of people to work actively is a subject of close attention to both foreign and domestic sciences.
Research in recent years, however, as well as economic practices, has shown a decline in the employment of employees and employees, their indifference to enterprises and firms. No company can succeed without creating a high-impact job for its employees without a high level of staff commitment, without the interest of the organization ' s members in final results and their desire to contribute to the achievement of the goals. Sustained high-performance jobs are unattainable when people are not interested in the results of their work. But to work well, a man must want it.
Numerous studies point to the inextricable link of work staff motivation and level working indicators. The interest of managers and researchers working on management issues in the study of labour motivation is so high because it is in motivation that people should be encouraged to work with their full potential for the organization.
Working behaviour of staff is the result of interaction between key organizational factors and the motivation of the worker, his needs, values, attitudes and expectations. It is difficult to expect labour motivation from a worker who does not find work opportunities to pursue his basic aspirations.
The professional capacity of a worker with a high motivation is sufficiently developed (70 to 80 per cent), while low motivation is at best 20 to 30 per cent. Thus, the impact of staff members can be increased by 2 to 3 times and their motivation.
The relevance of the topic is that it is now clear that the staff incentive system, which is exclusively wage-oriented, does not reflect the complexity of people ' s motivational behaviour, does not fully meet its requirements and needs to be complemented
The purpose of this article is to consider the specificities of developing a system of staff incentives in Russian tourist companies.
