To assess and increase energy conservation motivation

Energy conservation is an important aspect of the enterprise ' s energy management system. In order to assess and increase the motivation of energy management, it is suggested that the human capital approach to the management of personnel responsible for energy consumption in an enterprise be considered.

The operationalization of the enterprise ' s energy efficiency objectives is inextricably linked to staff motivation issues, which are not yet sufficiently addressed. Modification is an important component of energy management.

There is a system of levels of energy management in the enterprise to prioritize energy management (table 1). A scale is used to classify the motivation levels: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, where the zero level corresponds to the absence of the motivation system on the enterprise, and the fourth level implies its maximum development [1].

[2, 3] Addresses the integration of energy management into the enterprise structure, in particular the issue of staff motivation for energy conservation. The relationship between real energy savings and the motivation of both generating and thermal and electrical energy consumers has been identified. In this regard, energy conservation issues are addressed by the motivation of staff as follows:

Distribution of responsibility for energy consumption;

- Establishment of energy units of the energy efficiency enterprise;

Development of a mechanism for controlling energy conservation;

Development of a system for evaluating the performance of staff on the basis of energy-saving activities;

Development of an information system on energy conservation targets and results;

- information on actual consumption of energy resources, deviations in the consumption of each energy from the declared values for both the enterprise and each unit.
