Labour Motivation Evaluation

Kuznetsov N. B., Galimova A. S. Evaluation of the labour contribution and performance of workers // Young scholar. ой 2013. ой No. 1 ой C. 136-138.

The dynamics of modern production, particularly in developed countries, are characterized by a change in the division of labour, and the scope of work and functions that are not directly controlled and valued is increasing. The worker becomes an integral part of the success or ficco of a high-quality, safe and entrepreneurial enterprise. [1, C.112]

Labour efficiency is considered an element of public production, as labour is a major factor of production. [2, C. 200]

The evaluation of the work of staff is a process of determining the contribution of workers (or groups of workers) to the organization ' s objectives, which provide information for decision-making and activities to optimize the functioning of the labour community.

The evaluation of staff performance is one of the most important functions of staff management in a modern company. The results of the self-employment assessment provide an information base for management decisions.

There is currently no systemic approach to measuring performance. The difficulty of assessing the labour contribution and performance of workers is that the work process of staff is directly linked to the production process and its final financial performance, social activities and economic development of enterprises (see Figure 1).

In the modern economy, attention is increasingly being paid to non-financial indicators as criteria for measuring labour contributions. Such an assessment may be carried out in the form of a separate and balanced system of indicators to which financial indicators are applied, management quality, consumer satisfaction and intellectual capital accumulation. But there is also a less formal option where a portion of the year-end award is paid according to non-financial indicators, such as product quality or extension.
