Improving Staff Adaptation

From 21 to 25 September 2015, a final module of the " Staff Management " training programme was held at the Corporate Institute for 22 Gazprom Transgaz Chaykovsky staff
The purpose of the programme is to provide trainees with knowledge and practical skills in the area of staff management for a new type of professional activity.
The training focused on the development of both personal and business and corporate competencies of PAO " Gasprom " , such as teamwork; unit planning; results orientation; team management; stress resilience and problem management; business approach; staff motivation and development; understanding of the organization ' s specificities; business communications; preparedness for change and creativity. These include: labour market research; development and implementation HR policies; staff selection; business and personal qualification (competences, abilities, assignments) of staff; training and development of employees; competence management; information systems; management of HR projects.
To develop and develop competences, training was built on business games, training, business sympathies. They were provided by Moscow ' s advanced UPU teachers, best business trainers and experts:

- Training " Sustainability " - Sad Alevtin Nikolaevna, Assistant Professor of the Russian University of Cooperatives.
