In today ' s economic environment, it is becoming increasingly difficult for enterprises to survive in a competitive environment, as resources are almost equally available in the market and struggle for them in the same way. But it is clear today that the quality of the labour force (in the enterprise ' s business sector) depends on the success of any company (enterprises, organizations, institutions) in the market. In this context, well-balanced work on the effective search, quality selection, further recruitment and continuous development/adaptation of staff is essential and the topic of our research is updated.

Key words: Selection and selection, recruitment, staff adaptation, selection methods, selection effectiveness.

Staff as the fundamental foundation of any company ensures the efficient use of all available resources and ultimately creates its competitiveness. Its contribution to the achievement of the organization ' s objectives depends primarily on the effectiveness of staff performance, starting with recruitment. Therefore, addressing the problems of effective retrieval, selection and subsequent recruitment of highly skilled personnel will improve the overall efficiency of the enterprise in the market environment. It is clear that the next step in ensuring the quality and productivity of staff is to further develop it (based on a targeted competent approach) and to adapt to both the workplace and the collective. In general terms, the problem and place of our research in the staff management system can be presented as a scheme (figure 1).

In modern scientific and teaching literature, the selection, effective recruitment, further adaptation and development of staff are sufficiently addressed. In particular, in the scientific work of well-known theoretics of personnel and labour management, D. Bogyni, I. Bagrov, M. Lower, M. Doronin, G. Evtushenko, A. Kibanova, E. Libanova, A. Odegova, A. Szhour, I. Schools and others, the basis for their understanding is laid.

The practical side is represented by the extensive activities of recruiting agencies and hedchanters in the domestic labour market. But there is still a lack of a common approach to building an effective staff selection mechanism.

The purpose of the study is to study the mechanism for effective staff selection and adaptation for domestic enterprises (organizations, institutions).
