Staff Motivation Theory

Different staff motivation systems are increasingly important in modern management theory and practice. The effective use of the enterprise ' s labour resources is the foundation for intensive development and growth. However, attempts to adapt the classic theories of motivation to modern management sometimes fail. New, improved approaches to the use of enterprise ' s human resources capacity are therefore required. One way to improve the management of personnel in an enterprise is to use an evolutionary motivation system.

I. Adeesa ' s life cycles focus on two critical alternative organizational performance parameters: flexibility and control (management) [1, 34]. The business ' s human resources policy should also depend on these parameters, and therefore on the stage of the life cycle.

In this work, the authors propose to use the increased stages of the life cycle instead of an overly detailed analysis of the situation.

And. Adises. Specifically: formation, growth, maturity and ageing. The purpose of the work was to identify the main features of the motivation system applied at each specific stage of the enterprise ' s development. There are strategic objectives at each stage, and it is important that effective staff motivation be a tool for addressing these challenges. The motivation system must therefore be continuously adapted to the new conditions and requirements of the current stage of the enterprise ' s life cycle.
