This article explains the study carried out, which hypothesis was that there are differences in labour motivation among health professionals with different levels of education, official status, and staff in the diagnostic and curative fields. The evaluation and analysis of the differences in underlying motivational factors, carried out by the Sheila Richie and Peter Martin sponsors, which is based on a model of conduct researched by human needs specialists in the workplace, which resulted in the authors describing 12 factors that motivate a person to work [6], showed clear differences and suggested the relationship between a job motivator and a career choice.
An effective management system is based on a motivational mechanism that ensures personal interest in results and productivity [1]. In their behaviour, a person is always adequate, and if he is not fully employed, only because such a rhythm of work is the best for him under the prevailing conditions of employment.
