Staff Incentive Assessment

It is necessary for staff to see the evaluation as a tool of motivation and for managers not to be formally involved. |
The evaluation system was implemented in two stages.
Phase 1. Training " Evaluation as a tool for development and intangible staff incentives " for heads of offices and divisions.
Having examined the future staff assessment procedure, Global Headway staff have developed key training topics: goals and objectives for staff assessment; benefits from the use of staff assessment in the organization and barriers to its application; evaluation as a management function; feedback from staff assessment.The main task of training is to help managers understand their role in the correct perception of subordinate evaluation procedures, develop evaluation skills as a tool and motivation staff.
Training duration - Two days. All company leaders participated in the training programme.
Phase 2. Business Simulation " The Work of Work " . The simulation was developed for company specialists, during which participants were able to assess the need for feedback on their performance, to take it correctly and to use it for their further development.
Duration of business simulation - Four hours. A total of 273 company employees participated in the business simulation.
Result.
Staff loyalty has been achieved in implementing the company ' s annual staff assessment. Management reports that they have received many important information on the evaluation process itself and its relevance to improving staff performance.
