In the article, the authors detailed the method of integrated staff assessment using a system of complementary methodologies. The method was called the Assessment Center. Analyses include the development of an evaluation system aimed at identifying the staff ' s capacity; the quality of the worker with different exercises, tests; the evaluation of the observed behaviour of the tested, with the evaluation being carried out by several specialists, and the monitoring and evaluation phases are spread over time to achieve greater objectivity.
The method allows the selection of candidates for the organization, an assessment of the need to improve managerial competencies, identification of staff for further promotion, development of firm personnel policies and internal control.
