Performance Analysis Of Staff Motivation
One of the main problems of modern human resources for any enterprise is the problem of effective motivation of employment.
It is the understanding of the basic principles of encouraging staff to work towards the objectives of the organization that gives the manager a powerful tool for managing the enterprise.
In order to establish such an effective system to stimulate the work of workers, the organization must first define its main objectives, namely, what is the organization ' s intention and what actions it is intended to stimulate. [1]
Main objective of system design, development and operation Labour motivation and incentives Employees - ensuring that the organization ' s objectives are achieved through the recruitment and retention of highly qualified staff and through effective motivation, which is based on systemic incentives. This means that people ' s remuneration must be in line with their value to an enterprise that can be measured directly by personal contributions to the organization ' s final financial results. This also means recognizing that workers have their own needs and objectives, and that the organization can only develop if the remuneration and the underlying incentives are consistent with the social, psychological and professional characteristics of the staff of the organization. The essence of the notion of stimulus is that any action by an employee should have either positive or negative or neutral consequences, depending on how he performs the work assigned to him. These consequences are realized through human consciousness. But an important point is that, for the same incentives, different people respond differently and with varying levels of intensity, while the same results can be obtained through remuneration and punishment.
