Staff assessment objectives

The administrative objective is achieved through an informed administrative decision (emergence or downgrading, reassignment, assignment, dismissal) based on results staff assessment

The information objective is that both employees and managers are able to obtain reliable information on activities. Such information is critical to the worker in improving his/her activities, and managers are given the opportunity to make the right decision.

Staff assessment objectives:

Staff assessment entities:

  • line managers. They are generally the main actors in the business evaluation of staff. Responsible for the objectivity and completeness of the evaluation information base, conducting evaluation interviews;

All evaluation entities are subdivided into formal and informal. Formal evaluation entities are staff managers and employees of staff management services. They have the right to take an administrative decision on the evaluation.

Non-formal evaluation actors - panels, independent experts - only provide an opinion that is taken into account by formal evaluation actors when compiling information for management decisions.
