Methods Of Staff Motivation
Russia falls to developed economies on labour productivity three to four times.
President of the Russian Federation V. V. Putin
In Russia, all classic methods of staff motivation do not result. Business leaders have learned from their experiences that we do not justify tariff, unit, bonus, non-tariff, mixed and other pay systems. They don't work like KPI, grade systems and other Western management innovations. Intangible motivation does not result. Managers and incentive schemes developed by them are not assisted. Russian staff did not work properly and did not intend to work. The question is: What's the problem?
Work in Germany and Japan
To deal with the problem, at the beginning, we'll see how German workers pay. All their wages consist of salaries. Any payment over salary is very rare and very small. Even sellers don't pay interest on sales. German employees don't need that. They're already working well, the whole world admires German quality. They have high productivity. And there's no stimulus pay or any other hire system.
The situation in Japan is similar. Japanese workers have been disciplined and are initially aimed at effective work. They scrupulously comply with all orders of their immediate superiors and comply strictly with all instructions. Most companies use the so-called swimming system. But it's just the variety of the storage system. Japanese workers are therefore also on salaries and on temporary pay.
