Development Of A Staff Adaptation System

The Urality of Electricity has continuously improved its staff training and development system. At present, the key objectives of the enterprise ' s work are to improve the professional skills and scientific capacity of employees, to attract graduates in the subject areas, to introduce a staff development system and to provide mentoring programmes.
