Stimulation And Motivation Of Personnel In Government
PAO " RAO East " , the Government of the Habarov province and the " Human Development Agency in the Far East " , agreed on activities to attract highly skilled personnel to the electricity sector of the Far East through the construction of affordable energy and housing (renda) housing.
The agreement was signed by the Director-General of the Far East Energy Chalding, Sergei Tolstoguzov, Vice-President of the Government of the Khabarov province, Yuri Chaika, Minister of Investment and Land Policy, and the Director-General of the Valentine Timakov Agency at the East Economic Forum.
According to the document, the Government is committed to the development of housing and the collection of land for affordable energy housing. The EPA of the East will develop corporate housing programmes to attract staff to new and built-in energy facilities, study the demand for housing among company staff. Holding, together with the Agency, intends to develop a set of proposals to the executive branch aimed at stimulating the construction and reduction of housing costs. The Agency will, in turn, assist and provide advice to the parties in developing and accompanying regional and local housing development programmes and corporate housing programmes, as well as an analysis of the prospects for new jobs in the region.
