Management Change

The article is a review and a result of the systematization of materials that reveal the essence and content of the concept of " modulation " in the management system. The authors presented the approaches of Russian and foreign researchers to the definition of "motivation " and considered the substantive aspect of motivation as a process.

Key words:motivation, motive, need, incentive, external and domestic remuneration.

Decent goals, forward-looking plans, faithful solutions, good organization will become ineffective without motivating the perpetrators because the essence of management is " achieving results with other people [16] " . According to one of the command posts, " the only way to make a person do anything is to make him want to do it himself [8] " .

Modification plays a major role in staff management, and is the basic function of management. The core function set is presented in Figure. 1.

Rhys. 1. Basic management functions

Individual productivity, as well as the effectiveness of the work of the organization as a whole, is directly and reasonably dependent on the degree of staff motivation. Modification may compensate for many deficiencies in other functions, such as planning, organization, control. However, the weak motivation is almost impossible to compensate and replenish. As a result, the chief function is to motivate the perpetrators: to create, develop and maintain staff motivation.

A clear and generally accepted definition of motivation No. The various authors describe the motivation given the specificity of the science.

The word " motive " comes from lat. moveo to " move " . For the first time, the term " modulation " used A. Schopengauer in the " Four principles of sufficient cause " [6, c. 65].

In a broad sense, motive is all that causes human activity: its needs, instincts, fitness, emotions, installations, benchmarks, etc. [11, c. 7].

The motive, as the basis for motivation, is, according to Professor Wichan O. S., inside a man [4, p. 35]. In other words, motive is a perfect image in the domestic sense of human consciousness, but it is not just a perfect vision, but an energy-sustained image of an important, consumable subject [2, p. 105].
