There are several adaptation classifications (table 5.32).

Difference of adaptation to production and non-productivity is most common. As part of productive adaptation, vocational, psychophysiological, socio-psychological, organizational and administrative, economic, sanitation and adaptations are provided.

Occupational adaptation is the improvement of skills through additional learning and skills, the development of professional skills and the positive attitude to their work.

Substantially accelerating professional adaptation of professional On-the-job training (seminars, courses), detailed job descriptions, etc.

Psychophysiological adaptation - the development of a combination of all conditions that have different psychological effects on workers during work. These conditions are: physical and mental loads, monotony of work, occupational health and hygiene, labour rhythm, job comfort, external influences (shoom, lighting, vibration, etc.). Climate adaptation is a component of psychophysiological adaptation: adapting the worker to the environmental environment of the enterprise and the region in which it is located (wet, temperature, time belt, etc.).

Psychophysical adaptation is facilitated by the scientific organization of the workplace and the work process, the production gymnastics (e.g. an eye gymnastic for an EMM operator).

Socio-psychological adaptation - adapting the worker to the manager, team and organization, incorporating it into the system of relationships between members of the team with their traditions, standards of living, valuable guidance. Cultural and cultural adaptation is a component of socio-psychological adaptation - the development of the organization 's characteristics, its welfare and the traditions of free time in the community.

The socio-psychological adaptation of the worker to familiarity with traditions, standards of living, peer representation, participation in training, role-plays, involvement in public work (e.g. preparation of a corporate holiday), invitation to work together outside work, etc.
