Staff Motivation Programme Sample
In modern management, motivational aspects are increasingly important. The company uses both financial and non-financial compensation methods to motivate employees. A significant role is given to the motivation of staff who are not involved in material rewards.
Problem staff motivation and incentives has a history in our country. At the time of the USSR, starting with the famous PNT, the experiments in this area and the experience of the advanced teams have been constantly trying to replicate throughout the country. The Western and American classics of Maslow, Herzberg, Argiris, McGregor and others were constantly analysed. At the end of the 1970s, at the beginning of the 1980s, a lot of attention was paid to the analysis of the human relationship system, the human factor, especially the experience of General Motors, IBM, the Japanese quality circles. In the second half of the 1980s, the early 1990s drew attention to the articles on the analysis of the ESOP- Employee Stok Ownership Plan. In the past 10 to 12 years, however, theory and practice of motivation and stimulus has been almost complete. The fatherly sociology of work, and especially the once prosperous industrial sociology, has almost failed.
Now, together with the processes of economic growth and relative stabilization in Russia ' s economy, there has been a significant breakthrough in this area. Public, private, corporate enterprises have in practice felt that the development and success of market relations cannot be achieved without integrating into global fever efforts to find new contemporary forms of motivation and encouragement. At the same time, in many countries of Western Europe and the United States, the motivational aspects of the management of company and firm personnel have become important, and these methods and motivations can be successfully carried over to Russian soil.
