Annotations:Since the restructuring, many enterprises in Russia have sought to absorb the largest possible share of the market, accumulate technology and capital without paying due attention to the company ' s human potential. However, in an increasingly competitive environment, such omissions can no longer be detected. The question of the loyalty of staff members and the diversion of valuable trained personnel is becoming more relevant. Managers understand that the cost of recruiting and training new staff exceeds the cost of stimulus and retention.
