Since a number of our specialists are unique, we understand that the strict optimization of staff costs is now going to cost a lot tomorrow. Costs for the selection, training and development of staff who will need to be re-recruited sooner or later. We have therefore renounced massive staff reductions, maintained staff nutrition grants, corporate transport and corporate mobile communications. We haven't changed or cheapened the DMS program. We pay bonuses and bonuses.
I believe that this is a worthy set of social guarantees that allow people to continue to feel necessary.
Three major interesting projects have played a major role in shaping the engagement of our staff: copyright English, Fitness Hall and corporate newspaper.
Our newspaper My Brewer Company is almost two years old. She's become a communications tool for company employees, by which we share our impressions of what's going on in the company. The second project is our pride, because it is unique. It's a fitness centre with the most advanced equipment and experienced coaches, where every staff member can spend free time.
And finally, the third draft is free English language courses. This project started in the midst of the crisis last October. These courses can also be attended by all staff, regardless of positions and positions. Such projects are particularly important in the crisis because they provide opportunities for informal communication, positive emotions and a sense of ownership.
