Annotations:
The article deals with the promotion of staff management in commercial enterprises, methods and ways of encouraging staff. Modification is regarded as the main mechanism for managing the human resource in a commercial type company. The most effective incentives - moral and material - will be systematized and their disadvantages and benefits are examined. The article also deals in detail with the most effective ways and means Stimulating staff♪ What methods are more effective, their benefits and minus are considered. In addition, the article provides the results of a copycat study of staff ' s satisfaction with the motivational system at a commercial company called " Milky Case " .

It concluded that, in the context of the global global economic crisis, staff motivation was the most important criterion for the manager, as high-profile staff had succeeded not only in their personal capacity but also in the company as a whole. It has also been concluded that any commercial company is unique and, therefore, in each company, managers are obliged to use special incentive techniques to their subordinates. The article may be useful to managers in commercial enterprises in selecting a staff incentive scheme.
