One day, I was approached by a master of production with such a problem: he paid bonuses to employees on the basis of the results of his work for a month, but there was no increase in the performance of the workers. The Master felt that the professional would be more motivated by the work-day bonus, but could not figure out how to charge it and why impose fines. Only now, the master has painted the cage yellow in the Quality of Work code. Violations and inconsistencies were taken into account through the Labour Participation Rate System (CTU). A unit is accepted as the basic CTU, it is received by members of the collective who performed assignments during the month, strictly complying with the requirements of production, quality, labour protection regulations.
