The Office is a focused, planned, coordinated and well-organized process that contributes to maximizing the impact of minimal resources, efforts and time. A key challenge for any organization is to design and redesign a management system to adapt to changing conditions and to align the organization ' s development. Organizational design (from anglo. project to design) is the process of designing and implementing the organization ' s projects. The history of the scientific approach to institutional design is less than 100 years old. However, there are many currents and methodological approaches to institutional design. Most design models were built for universal application, without taking into account the characteristics of the organizations. Based on the experience and experience of colleagues (the top management of the major companies), I believe that the specificities of large companies are particularly rarely taken into account. In this article, I have tried to propose an approach to designing management systems for large companies.
The proposed full-cycle design methodology is based on a culture of quality management and continuous improvement. Its use has enabled a new approach to strategy development, processes and governance subsystems. The full-cycle organizational design model for large companies consists of four main phases (Figure 1).
Figure 1. Corporate design of management systems in large companies
Phases are interlinked and form a closed cycle in which the assessment of the implementation results is not a pine, but a material for further modelling of changes and improvements to the current model (figure 2)
Figure.2. Design cycle
For the model, the framework is not a bureaucratic way of managing most major organizations, but a management. ♪
The presentation of management requirements in the technical mission, as well as the follow-up work on the design of the system, is done in large companies by means of design automation (Bpwin/Erwin (Platinum Technology), Rational Rose (Rational Software Corporation) and ARIS (Scheer AG)), as well as other programme products. The logic of the graphic process is very simple and identical. There are four basic concepts on which all processes are described and designed (Figure 3).
