In modern economic circumstances, the internal capacity of the organization is determined by the quality and competitiveness of its staff. Accordingly, in order to achieve the key objectives and objectives of the enterprise, a stable, loyal workforce must be created, in which staff members are convinced that work in the workplace means that they can effectively address pressing life problems. It is important to strike a balance between the motivation of the worker and the needs of the organization. Recruitment and the next phase of staff initial adaptation are crucial and basic stages of starting the interaction between the newly recruited staff and the organizational environment, on which the stability and loyalty of the staff composition of the staff are largely dependent.
The initial adaptation of a staff member is recognized as the most complex step in the organization ' s entry because of the evolving conflict between established behaviour patterns and new environmental reality requirements.
