In modern economic circumstances, the internal capacity of the organization is determined by the quality and competitiveness of its staff. Accordingly, in order to achieve the key objectives and objectives of the enterprise, a stable, loyal workforce must be created, in which staff members are convinced that work in the workplace means that they can effectively address pressing life problems.
