Efficiency Of Proposed Staff Motivation Activities
The strategic map is a diagram that can be used to document the main strategic objectives of the organization or senior management.
The first diagrams of this type appeared in the 1990s and the idea of using this type of diagram was discussed for the first time in 1996 in article R. Kaplan and D. Norton [1]. The concept of strategic maps has been described in several books and articles during the late 1990s Kaplan, Norton and other sponsors, including the Alve and Wetter ' s Paper " Performance Drive " [2].
It is proposed that a system of strategic maps of managers in industrial production be established to introduce personnel control elements system Balanced indicators (JSP) presented in Figure 1.

Using a strategic map, managers can get answers to their key questions, namely: ?
What makes the organization cost itself? What are the phenomena and processes in the enterprise that are key to price formation? As a result of the use of the map, the enterprise becomes more understandable and structured.
In strategic maps, the human resources management strategy is presented as a hierarchy that defines the way strategic objectives are set and modified. Strategic maps serve as an additional analysis tool to help " look back " and assess all actions taken in the past, helping to see how they affected the success of the enterprise as a whole.
As a tool for documenting, strategic maps capture the strategy adopted, and as an information source, promote awareness and common perception of strategic priorities.
The strategic map always consists of several elements that reflect different levels of detail. These may include strategic objectives, critical success factors and strategic actions. Each element is presented as strategic map blocks. The units display information: the efficiency factor reflects the current condition of the element; the trend factor determines the change in the element ' s condition compared to the previous period; the result line shows the calculated score of the element.
