Motivation (from lat. movere) - inducement to action; dynamic process of psychophysiological plan, management of human behaviour, direction, organization, activity and sustainability; human ability to respond effectively to their needs [5].

In the course of work, motivation provides an opportunity to address the following challenges: to meet the needs of workers in certain benefits through labour, to assess their performance, and to ascertain the level of satisfaction of the employee ' s remuneration for the work done. The motivation system performs the following management functions: (1) motivation planning (requirement, need-to-enhancement); (2) motivation (conditional conditions to meet workers ' needs, remuneration for employees ' performance); (3) management of the motivational process (guidance control, adjustment of incentives). Modification should also take into account a number of factors (incentive forces) that determine human behaviour towards the fulfilment of a certain act in order to achieve its objective. Factors should be attributed to the importance and complexity of the work done, the remuneration of the results of the work, the desire of the worker to make a career. These factors have an active impact on human beings if the organization creates all conditions for the display and realization of the skills of workers.
