Each of us has once been a new businessman and has faced adaptation challenges. This period was very difficult. The adaptation of new staff in each enterprise is different. Some managers are accustomed to themselves, and the staff member has to learn from the new team; and there are managers who look after their staff and the enterprise is developing a special programme to adapt new staff. What is adaptation?

Adaptation is a methodology designed to effectively involve a new staff member in the company, as well as to train a skilled specialist within the prescribed time frame.

Enabling adaptation phases of new staff

The adaptation period can be divided into four pillars:

1. Psychological or psychophysiological. The adaptation of new staff to the regime and rhythm of working hours, working conditions, workplaces, physical and psychological pressures may be considered. Every man is unique and we need a different time to develop in the new environment.
2. Social. Social factors include: company organizational structure, collective relationships, corporate traditions and values, intra-organizational communication, accepted standards and norms of conduct, methods and methods of interaction.
3. Professional. This phase includes: the implementation of skills and skills in a new location, the development of skills, the criteria for the evaluation of performance, and the performance of assigned duties.
4. Organizational. The organizational phase should be considered by the status and relevance of the post; the role of the entity in which a new staff member works; corporate governance arrangements in the organization; and the organization ' s market situation.

Adaptation in the new team takes 3 to 12 months. The first two or three months are considered the most difficult. This period sometimes coincides with the test period. If, however, the manager develops and implements a team-based programme for the adaptation of new staff, the new location will be reduced to a minimum.

Regulation on the adaptation of new staff

Managers of organizations that wish to assist in adapting young professionals are developing and implementing regulations on the adaptation of newly recruited workers. Through a well-designed adaptation process, new staff are more rapidly absorbed in new jobs, " recruited " into labour groups, revealing their potential.
