It is recalled that the schedule of leaves for the next calendar year is approved annually. In our organization, staffing is changing quite frequently. It turns out we, Human Resources, work with these documents almost all the time. Are uniform schedules and staffing arrangements mandatory? Can we do without them and develop their own forms?

In addition to the forms of primary labour accounting records and payroll, the National Statistical Information Institute of the State Statistics of Russia has been developed pursuant to Government Decision No. 835 of the Russian Federation on primary accounting documents. The uniformed forms of primary accounting records apply to organizations irrespective of the form of ownership, and the forms of recording working time and payroll to organizations irrespective of the form of ownership other than budgetary institutions. By letter No. 07/2732-JD of the Ministry of Justice of Russia, the said decree of the State Statistics of Russia has been found to be in need of State registration.

Despite the non-binding nature of the uniformed forms, human resources professionals should take into account that their application has a number of significant advantages.

Benefit 2. Failures to document the procedures of the human resources service are excluded.
Benefit 3. The time spent on the drafting and processing of documents is being reduced.
Benefit 4. There is no claim for personnel officers by GIT inspectors.

It should be borne in mind that uniformed forms are model and often require some " connections " to staff-management practices. specific organizatione.g. additional requisitions. It should be borne in mind that all uniform forms of requisition, i.e. the number and code of form, as well as the name of the document, must remain unchanged (their removal from documents is not permitted).

The uniformed forms are recommended and may be changed at the employer ' s discretion. In the manufacture of blanc products on the basis of uniform forms, changes are allowed to be made in the extension and narrowing of the graphs and lines, taking into account the significance of the indicators and the area of the sheet required for them; additional rows and graphs, the input sheets (inputs) are allowed to facilitate the location and processing of the necessary information.
